The youngest son of former Pasay City Congressman Dr. Jose Antonio “Lito” Roxas, Richard has fully committed himself to following the footsteps of his father.

At a young age, Richard has shown the necessary qualities needed in order to become a successful leader.

He became one of the top students during his Grade School years at De La Salle-Zobel. Here, he learned to develop good study habits thus, enabling him to excel in all subjects.

In High School, he expanded his horizons further by becoming a member of the basketball varsity team. Richard is fondly remembered by his coaches and his teammates as a hard worker who displayed tremendous courage, especially under pressure.

Richard is currently attending De La Salle University-Manila for College where he is taking up BS Psychology. Upon the completion of this course, he intends to study Medicine in order to become a Doctor, just like his father.

Realizing the rare opportunity of being able to serve one’s country, Richard ran for SK Federation President of Pasay City and was elected on December 3, 2010.

With the help of his fellow SK Chairpersons, Richard has been blessed with a chance to make a difference in our country.

Humbled and honored, Richard Roxas now represents the talented and God-fearing members of the youth in Pasay City.
