Information and Communications Technology Office (ICTO) is in-charge of electronic database management of an organization. Database management involves encoding, planning, analysis, system design, implementation, maintenance & protection of database.

Information and Communications Technology Office (ICTO) is also responsible for the development, design & maintenance of computer-based information systems for various offices/departments of the City Government of Pasay. Also, this Office provides educational trainings, electronic presentations & various technical supports to end users.
